this series ofproducts are mainly made of high calcium & iron magnesium sand, andintroducing ultrafine powder agent and anti-slag erosionreinforcing agent. its working principle is: the principal crystalphase of the high calcium & iron magnesium sand is periclase (mgo),the consolidation phase 2cao. fe2o3 (c2f, tm= 1425 ℃)is a transitional low eutectic phase. when the temperature is low,the working layer of the ramming material in contact with theuid can play the function of promoting combustion.when the faceform stable sintering layer, in the using temperature (t >1425 ℃),decompose to feo and fcao ,feo solid solution into mgo generated(mg, fe) o high melting point phase, fcao and sio2 inthe slag generate 2cao. sio2 high melting point phase,itimproves the performance of slag erosion resistance and anti-slagpenetration.the ramming material which is far away from the li keeps the original loose structure due to the low temperature,which can effectively buffer the thermal stress of the sinteredlayer and prevent the leakage of molten iron.
