我公司研制的5轴联动无限回转钢板坡口切割机械手汇集了来自国际切割机制造商的研究人员，在对全球主流坡口切割机械手技术和切割工艺作了深入研究后，自主研发、设计和制造了这一款在国内首创的高科技产品。打破了这一高端市场长期被国外公司垄断的局面。

目前这一产品已在浙江造船厂和凯尔达萧山工厂实地运行，效果良好。

模块化结构，体积和重量较国外同类产品轻巧，接口简单，方便与任何横梁式切割机配合或集成

数项创新的无限回转技术，使无限回转的可维护性有较大提高，调节难度显著减低。

创新的初始高度定位技术，采用非接触式高度传感器结合独特的割炬浮动式高度调节，较传统的接触式传感或割炬撞击测距更安全、更经济。

小型化集成式割炬夹具设计，将无限回转、防碰、初始调高和机械调中紧凑地集于夹具一体。

自主研发的6轴联动切割专用数控，用户界面和运动控制采用双处理器，速度和稳定性达到新高。具有强大的切割工艺控制和切割专用功能，自带弧压调高控制。

切割尺寸精度±1.5mm，坡口精度±1°（v型坡口）

可以在直线、圆弧或样条曲线上变坡口

可以切割v型、y型、k型和x型坡口

产品类型：

拟合角坡口头，采用空间拟合生成坡口角，运动速度快，密封性好，结构简洁。

回转+偏摆坡口头，控制直观简洁，坡口尤其是变坡口精度好。
