  产品用途 hkw9700-f-h型热保护器具有体积小、外壳绝缘、动作灵敏、寿命长等特点，

适用于新能源电池，电机、电源，光灯镇流器、变压器、汽车马达、集成电路及

一般电气设备的过热过流双重保护作用。

2 结构特点structural features

hkw9700-f-h系列热保护器是采用一定几何形状的双金属片，无需辅助机构，仅靠双金属片的自身感温和电流热效应，使双金属元件的状态发生快速变化，直接带动触点实现自动切断和接通电路，起到过热、过载保护作用。

5 产品性能performance

5.1额定电流rated power(cos∮=0.7)

dc 12v-12a 24v-8a、ac 250v-5a 125v 7a 可订做10a

5.2断开温度action temp：30℃～150℃; 复位温度reset temp20℃～110℃。

5.3抗拉力试验:产品的引线端应能承受大于或等于20n拉力,导线无断裂、滑出。

tensile test:≥20n，no breaks or slips out of thewire

5.4绝缘电压:insulation voltage

a.产品在断开时的引线之间应能承受ac660v,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;

in the power off state the insulation voltage between twowires should accept ac660v one minute withoutbreakdown andflashover.

 b.产品引线与绝缘外壳之间能承受ac1800v,历时1s而无击穿闪络现象;

the insulation voltage between the wires and shell shouldaccept ac1800v 1 second withoutbreakdown and flashover.

5.5绝缘电阻:在正常条件下,引线与绝缘外壳之间的绝缘电阻在100mΩ以上。

insulation resistance:≥100mΩ

5.6接触电阻:产品的接触电阻应不大于50mΩ。

contact resistance：≤50mΩ

5.7耐高温试验:产品置于额定动作温度50℃的空气环境中保持96h。

high temperature test：the product is kept in an airenvironment over 50°c for 96 h

5.8耐低温试验:产品置于-40℃空气环境中保持96h。

low temperature test：the product is kept in an airenvironment of -40°c for 96 h

5.9抗振试验:热保护器应能承受振幅1.5mm,频率变化10～55hz，扫描变化周期3～5次/min，

振动方向x、y、z，每个方向各连续振动2h。

anti-vibration test：the thermal protector should be ableto withstand an amplitude of 1.5mm, a frequency change of 10 to55hz, and a scan change period of 3 to 5 times/min.

the vibration directions x, y, and z are continuouslyvibrated for 2 h in each direction.

5.10跌落试验:产品自0.7m高度自由落下1次。

drop test：the product is free to fall from a height of0.7m one time.

5.11抗压试验:产品应能承受100n静压力1min。

compression test:the product should be able to withstand100n static pressure for 1min

5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10,5.11项试验后应满足下列条件:

the additional condition after the 5.7---5.11test.

a. 断开温度变化应在初期值的+7℃以内;

the tolerance of off temp within±7℃

b.接触电阻应在100mΩ以下;

 contact resistance≤100mΩ

c.外形应无明显变形;

he shape should be free of obvious deformation

d.导线无开裂损伤。

no cracking damage to the wire

6 寿命 life time

产品在额定电压、电流、功率因数为0.7的条件下,外加热源使其动作4000次,应满足下面条件:

the product is rated at voltage, current and power factorof 0.7.after 4000 cycles action

a断开温度变化应在初始值的+5℃以内; the tolerance of off tempwithin ±5℃.

b接触电阻应在50mΩ以下; contact resistance≤50mΩ.

c继续试验至6000次后能动作;cycle life time over 6000times.

7 其它事项:matters need attention

7.1断开温度检测的升温速率应控制为1℃/1min;

7.1the temperature rise rate for disconnection temperaturedetection should be controlled to 1°c / 1 min

7.2使用过程中产品不能承受强烈冲击力及压迫力;

7.2the product cannot withstand strong impact and pressureduring use.
