2024上海华交会-East China Fair

第31届华交会将于2024年3月1日至4日在上海新国际博览中心召开。现将各参展企业的展位数量、位置、布撤展、等事项通知如下，请各企业抓紧落实各项准备工作。

the 29th china international fair will be held from march 1st to4th, 2019 at the shanghai new international expo center. the numberof booths, location, dismantling, and other matters of exhibitorsare now notified as follows. all enterprises are required toimplement various preparations.

一、展位位置

二、时间安排

1、参展企业报到领证时间：2024年2月28日;

2、展览时间

2024年3 月1 日—3 月4 日

3、开闭馆时间

3 月1 日—4 日 9:30—18:00

3 月4 日 9:30—16:00 （中午不闭馆）；

参展工作人员须提前半小时进馆，闭馆后30 分钟退场。

三、布展工作

（一）标准展位

1.为提高华交会的整体布展水平和对外形象，本届华交会与上届一样，由大会统一设计各专业展区标准展位的布展方案，由浙江省交易团评选确定的浙江远大国际会展有限公司（餐厨用品展区、个护清洁用品展区、家具家电展区）、浙江时代国际展览服务有限公司（文体及户外用品展区、玩具及宠物用品展区、工艺礼品用品展区、母婴及内衣展区、服装配件展区）浙江中浙国际展览商务有限公司（时尚成衣展区）和浙江省国际广告有限责任公司（居室用纺织品展区、餐厨卫浴用纺织品展区、面料辅料展区）统一搭建。

自第25届华交会起，大会实行布展搭建单位资格准入、信息备案制度，省团已向大会上报有关我省布展搭建公司信息，为确保搭建质量，建议特装企业优先选择以上4家企业（联系方式详询周先生）作为特装施工单位。

(sports and outdoor products exhibition area, toys andpet products exhibition area, crafts and gifts exhibition area,maternal and infant exhibition area, clothing accessories) theexhibition area) zhejiang zhongzhe international exhibitionbusiness co., ltd. (fashion ready-to-wear exhibition area) andzhejiang international advertising co., ltd. (room textileexhibition area, kitchen and bathroom textiles exhibition area,fabric accessories exhibition area) are unified.

since the 25th china international trade fair, the conferencehas implemented the access and information filingsystem for the exhibition and construction units. the provincialdelegation has reported the information about the construction andconstruction of the province to the conference. to ensure the of the construction, it is recommended that the specialenterprises should give priority to the above four enterprises.(contact us for details). as a special construction unit.

2.展区配置

（1）服装服饰展（时尚成衣展区、母婴及内衣展区、服装配件展区）和纺织面料展（居室用纺织品展区、餐厨卫浴用纺织品展区、面料辅料展区）：标准展位内，提供一桌三椅、四盏100w射灯、一只带锁小柜。搭建公司将事先联系各参展企业，如需免费配置四块搁板和六张网片，请于2019年2月5日前向搭建公司提出，展会现场临时增加需另收费。

（2）家庭用品展（餐厨用品展区、个护清洁用品展区、家具家电展区）和装饰礼品展（文体及户外用品展区、玩具及宠物用品展区、工艺礼品用品展区）：标准展位内，提供一桌三椅、四盏100w射灯。搭建公司将事先联系各参展企业，如需免费配置四块搁板和两张展台，请于2019年2月5日前向搭建公司提出，展会现场临时增加需另收费。

(2) housewares exhibition (dinner and kitchen productsexhibition area, individual care cleaning products exhibition area,furniture and home appliance exhibition area) and decorative giftsexhibition (sports and outdoor products exhibition area, toy andpet supplies exhibition area, craft gift supplies exhibition area):provided in standard booth a table and three chairs, four 100wspotlights. the construction company will contact the exhibitors inadvance. if you need to configure four shelves and two booths freeof charge, please submit to the construction company beforefebruary 5, 2019, and the temporary increase of the exhibition sitewill be charged separately.

本届华交会租用上海新国际博览中心10+3/4个展馆，展览面积12.36万平方米，比上届增加约2700平方米，展位总数5707个。

this year's china fair will rent 10+3/4 exhibition halls ofshanghai new international expo center with an exhibition area of123,600 square meters, an increase of 2,700 square meters from theprevious session and a total of 5,707 booths.

华交会继续推进专业化办展道路，在华交会品牌下设立5个专业展：服装服饰展（时尚成衣展区、服装面料及配件展区）、纺织面料展（家用纺织品展区、纺织原料辅料展区）、家庭用品展（餐厨卫浴展区、日用消费品展区、家电电子展区）、装饰礼品展（文体及旅游休闲展区、家居装饰品及礼品展区）及现代生活主题展。其中，服装服饰展展位1500个，占26.28%；纺织面料展展位925个，占16.21%；家庭用品展展位1916个，占33.57%；装饰礼品展展位702个，占12.30%；现代生活方式主题展展位530个，占9.29%；跨境电商展位84个，占1.47%；服务性展位50个，占0.88%。14个交易团（9个主办省市交易团、3个组团城市交易团、1个联合交易团、1个境外交易团），共组织4000家企业参展，其中，境外参展企业450家左右。

the china international trade fair will continue to promote theprofessional exhibition road, and set up five professionalexhibitions under the brand of china fair: clothing and apparelexhibition (fashion ready-to-wear exhibition area, apparel fabricsand accessories exhibition area), textile fabric exhibition (hometextile exhibition area, textile raw material accessoriesexhibition area), housewares exhibition (dinner kitchen andbathroom exhibition area, daily consumer goods exhibition area,home appliance electronics exhibition area), decoration and giftexhibition (style and tourism leisure exhibition area, homedecorations and gifts exhibition area) and modern life themeexhibition. among them, 1500 garment and apparel exhibition booths,accounting for 26.28%; textile fabric exhibition booths 925,accounting for 16.21%; household goods exhibition booths, 1916,accounting for 33.57%; decorative gifts exhibition booths, 702,accounting for 12.30%; modern lifestyle theme there were 530exhibition booths, accounting for 9.29%; 84 cross-border e-commercebooths, accounting for 1.47%; and 50 service booths, accounting for0.88%. 14 trading groups (9 host provinces and municipalitiestrading group, 3 group city trading groups, 1 joint trading group,1 overseas trading group) organized a total of 4,000 companies toparticipate in the exhibition, including 450 overseasexhibitors.

(二)特装展位

1.特装施工方案审查时间

请各特装企业于2019年1月28日前（早报、早交、早施工）将特装(标装）布展施工方案、主管特装施工的负责人、特装施工单位负责人及联系方式报省团并报湖州交易团备案。施工方案需由浙江省交易团进行审查，未经审定通过的方案不得施工。

please install the special installation (premature report, earlydelivery, early construction) before january 28, 2019 (specialreport), the person in charge of the special construction, theperson in charge of the special construction unit and the contactinformation the provincial delegation reported to the huzhoutrading group for the record. the construction plan shall bereviewed by the zhejiang provincial trading delegation, and theplan that has not been approved shall not be constructed.

2.特装报图要求

特装施工企业应具备浙江省交易团规定的资质，图纸需包括展位的效果图、平面图、电路图、搭建所用材料、结构尺寸及其它相关说明，特别是展位号、参展企业名称和施工单位联系人及联系方式必须要注明。

the special construction enterprise shall have thes stipulated by the zhejiang trading group. thedrawings shall include the renderings, plans, circuit diagrams,materials used for construction, structural dimensions and otherrelevant instructions, especially the booth number, the name of theexhibitor and the contact person of the construction unit. andcontact details must be noted.

参展企业自己选择特装单位的，必须把大会及交易团的相关安全要求、材料、流程、筹撤展时间等要求向特装单位讲清楚，由参展企业报图，施工证原则上由参展企业办理，考虑到有些施工单位是外地的，可以由参展企业出具委托书，施工单位凭委托书办理。对违反规定的布展单位，除大会的处罚外，省团将予以通报批评，取消该布展单位连续5届为浙江省交易团所属企业特装的资格。

if exhibitors choose their own special units, they must explainthe relevant safety re, materials, processes, and time ofdismantling of the conference and trading group to the speciale unit. the exhibitors shall report the drawings and theconstruction certificate shall be in principle by the exhibitors.handling, considering that some construction units are in thefield, the power of attorney can be issued by the exhibitingenterprise, and the construction unit will handle it with the powerof attorney. for the exhibition units that violate the regulations,in addition to the punishments of the general assembly, theprovincial delegation will inform and criticize the cancellation ofthe five consecutive sessions of the exhibition unit for thespecial enterprises of the zhejiang provincial trading group.
