公布5月全国“12369” 环保举报办理情况
2019年5月，全国“12369环保举报联网管理平台”（以下简称“联网平台”）共接到环保举报45920件，环比降低2.2%，同比降低23.9%。从污染类型来看，5月大气污染举报较多，占举报总量的49.1%，噪声污染、水污染、固废污染、生态破坏和辐射污染举报分别占41.4%、14.7%、6.2%、2.3%和0.8%。
公布2019年1-4月环境行政处罚案件与《环境保护法》配套办法执行情况
近日，生态环境部向媒体公布各地2019年1-4月环境行政处罚案件与《环境保护法》配套办法的执行情况，相关省、市、县的典型案例。2019年1-4月，全国共下达处罚决定书36465份，罚款金额28.06亿元，案件平均罚款金额7.70万元。
该设备采用国际先进的生物处理工艺，在总结国内外生活污水处理装置地运行经验的基础上，结合我公司自己的研究成果和工程实践，设计出一种可地理设置的成套有机废水处理装置，集去除bod5、cod、nh3-n于一身，具有技术性能稳定可靠，处理效果好，投资省，自动化运行，维护操作方便，不占地表面积，不需盖房,不需采暖保温等优点。地面之上可种花草，不影响周围环境。
使用方法：
1、能够处理生活系统综合性废水及其相类似的有机污水;
2、采用碳钢防腐、不锈钢、玻璃钢结构，具有耐腐蚀、抗老化等优良特性，使用寿命长达50年以上；
3、全套装置施工简单、操作容易，所有机械设备均为自动化控制，全部装置可设置于地表以；

2、住宅小区、村庄、集镇；
3、车站、飞机场、海港码头、船舶；
4、工厂、矿山、b队、旅游景点、风景区；

近年来，我市生态环境部门紧紧围绕环境质量的改善，着力消除环境隐患，重点解决群众身边的突出环境问题，加大生态环境z法力度，严查环境违法行为，交出了一份令人满意的“成绩单”：2018年，我市共受理环境信访5246件，同比下降21%；重复信访928件，同比下降25%。2019年，截至5月底，我市共受理环境信访1241件，同比下降36%；重复信访208件，同比下降37.2%。
短短几年取得如此成效，源于我市生态环境z法机构的变革、规范、联动和创新。无言的数据，有迹的发展，铭于丹青，赢得民心。

(4) demulsifier: sometimes called destabilizing agent, it ismainly used for pretreatment of oily wastewater containingemulsified oil before air flotation. its varieties include some ofthe above flocculants and coagulant aids.
(5) defoamer: mainly used to eliminate a large number of bubblesduring aeration or agitation.
(6) ph regulator: used to adjust the ph value of acidic andalkaline wastewater to neutral.
(7) redox agent: used for the treatment of industrial wastewatercontaining oxidizing or reducing substances.
(8) disinfectant: it is used for disinfection before dischargeor reuse of wastewater after treatment.
