where the company has only one director and that director takes any decision that may be taken in a meeting of the directors and that has effect as if agreed in a meeting of the directors, he shall (unless that decision is taken by way of a resolution in writing duly signed by him) provide the company with a written record of that decision within 7 days after the decision is made. 

若本公司仅有一名董事，且该董事采纳可能于董事会议上作出的且若经董事会议通过可生效之任何决定，则该董事应（除非该决定乃经其正式签署之书面决议案作出）于决定作出后7日内向本公司提交该决定之书面记录。
