i’ve listedbelow the steps for testing submission:

complete the     attached cma compostability profile, including manufacturerinformation,      item numbers, item descriptionsand item constituency.

protocol to submit on behalfof a product manufacturer:
to avoid repeated testing of the same products,and to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted, we re only the product manufacturer completes the profile form. if aprivate label company or manufacturing representative would like tosubmit information for testing of products, the submission must beaccompanied with a letter from the manufacturer stating that theinformation provided on the profile form is true and correct andgives authorization for all testing information to be provided tothe authorized agent representing them.

send 3-5 samples of each itemlisted, and label at least one of each item with the item # fromthe profile so it can be identified. include a copy of the profilewith the samples.

          3. include all information oncoatings, inks, varnishes, treatments and substrates.
