02. definition

according to china national standard gb/t 18634-2009, onephytase 

unit (u) is defined as the amount of enzyme which releases 1micromole 

inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/l sodiumphytate 

solution under the testing condition of 37.0 celsius degrees andph 5.50.

03. performance

1)  to raise 40%~55% availability of phosphorus bydegradation of phytate phosphorus in plant materials of poultry &swine feedstuffs.

2)  to cut down 0.12~0.22% inclusion rate of phosphorus infeed formulation, equal to 7~13 kg less consumption of dicalciumphosphate (dcp).

3)  to reduce content of phosphorus in animal excrement33%~53% & pollution to environment.
