设备特点：

1、可以给两层材料同时上胶贴合，使复合牢度更好。也可用于给三层薄型材料一次性上胶贴合，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。

2、双浆辊网带复合机采用胶水作粘合剂，并用耐高温网带压着，使复合材料与烘筒充分接触，提高烘干效果，使加工后的材料柔软、耐水洗、牢度好。

3、本机网带具有自动红外线调偏装置，可以有效防止网带跑偏，延长网带的使用寿命。

4、本机的加热系统分为两组，用户可以根据需要选择加热方式（一组或二组），可以有效节约能源，降低生产成本。

操作要求：

操作者只有在完全熟悉，掌握机器的性能，工作原理后方可操作本设备。本设备必须有专人操作，非操作人员不能乱开，乱动。

生产前应检查电缆、断路器、接触器、电机等电器是否符合要求。

生产前须检查三相电源是否均衡，严禁缺相启动设备。

生产期应检查各旋转接头是否安全，管路是否畅通，有无破损，漏油，并及时排除。

生产前须将热油机打开，待温度升至工艺要求温度后，方可生产。生产前应检查各气压表压力是否正常，气路有无漏气，并及时修复.

设备大批量生产前，应先做小量试验，成功后方可大批生产。

生产前，应检查各液压站、减速机、轴承瓦盒、丝杠等润滑情况，应正确及时的加注液压油和润滑油。

停机后，必须及时清洗胶槽及刮胶附件，网纹辊，清除机器各部分残胶及污垢，以备下次使用。

the hot oil engine must be turned on before production, and canbe produced only after the temperature is raised to the re of the process. before production, check whether thepressure of each barometer is normal, whether there is air leakagein the air passage, and repair it in time.

before large-scale production of e, small-scale testshould be done before large-scale production can be achieved.

before production, the lubrication conditions of hydraulicstations, reducers, bearing bushes, screw, etc. should be checked,and the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be injectedcorrectly and timely.

after shutdown, the rubber trough and scraper accessories, meshrollers, residual glue and dirt in all parts of the machine must becleaned in time for the next use.
