lyr型工作原理

本系列横流式玻璃钢冷却塔采用两侧进风，靠顶部高性能的风机，使空气经由塔两侧的填料，与热水进行介质交换，湿热空气再排向塔外。填料采用两面有凸点的点波片，通过安装头使点波片粘结成整体，以提高刚性，两面的凸点还可以避免直接滴水，因此提高了水膜形成能力，填料尾部设有收水措施。

二、风扇    冷却塔专用风扇，铝合金材质，有宽幅叶片和机翼中空型叶片等设计。风量大、噪音低、效率高、耗能低。设有刻度便于手动调整风扇角度。配合良壹高强度风胴，流线型设计，出风顺畅。

三、散水装置   采用重力式散水设计，frp散水槽设计。根据流量不同，每种规格散水槽散水孔径、数量均不同，以使散水槽的液位高度保持一致，散水槽与填料之间设计分水片，进一步将水流分散，使落在散热材质上的水分布更均匀。
