hdpe缠绕增强管道施工环境温度宜在40℃；管道配管可用电锯切割，但端面必须垂直平整，不应有损坏；管道连接采用热收缩带连接，施工操作如下：文热收缩带连接时应清洁对齐管材的两端表面，保证连接部位的干净，然后将需要连接的管两端水平对齐；将热收缩带套在管材的-端，并用加热工具对管材连接处进行预热；把pe密封带放在预热连接处粘合起来；将热收缩带移至连接处，使管材连接缝位于热收缩带的中心位置，并加以固定；用加热工具对热收缩带先从中心部位上下均匀加热，再左右向外进行加热。加热以热收缩带收缩紧贴在管壁，表面变色点为灰色且两边有少许粘胶流出为宜，加热时不可集中过分加热，以防烧穿热收缩带；进行冷却，冷却时间约为15rain；为防接口合拢时已敷设管道轴线位置移动，需采取稳管措施。具体方法可在编织袋内灌满黄砂。封口后压在已敷设管道的顶部。具体数量视管径大小而异。管道接合后，应复核管道的高程和轴线使其符合要求；管道安装作业中，必须保证沟槽排水畅通，严禁水泡沟槽。雨季施工应采取防止管材漂浮措施。管道安装结束尚未填土时。一旦遭到水淹，应进行管中心线和管底高程复测及外观检查，如发生为宜、漂浮和拔口现象应返工处理。
