注塑影响条件 :

料筒温度因为聚甲醛(pom塑胶原料)是结晶性塑料,熔料在料筒内停留时间对于它的含晶核数量与大小均会产生影响,在其熔点以上的同一温度下,熔体停留时间越长,晶核数会下降。料筒温度通常应控制在150~180℃,温度不宜过高,太高会导致变色分解,过低则会塑化不均,影响流动性。所以在确保流动性的前提下,尽量采用较低的加工温度和较短的受热时间。另外喷嘴温度应略低于料筒温度。模具温度通常模具是影响聚甲醛(pom)强度的主要因素,模温高,结晶时间长,有利于晶体的生长,结晶较完整,并且流动性会更好。一般情况下,模温应控制在75~120℃。注射压力注射压力的大小主要取决于聚甲醛(pom)的熔融流动性,流道、浇口的厚度和宽度,以及塑料制品的厚度等因素。通常为40~130mpa,对于厚壁制品,注射压力可取小值,反之薄壁制品则应取大值。


pom 511p杜邦--加工特性:
1. it has very low friction coefficient and good geometricstability. it is especially suitable for making gears andbearings.
2. it has high temperature resistance, so it is also used inpipeline devices (pipeline valves, pump shells), lawn e andso on.
3. it is a tough and elastic material. it has good creepresistance, geometric stability and impact resistance even at lowtemperature.
4. homopolymer material has good ductility and fatigue strength,but it is not easy to process. copolymer materials have goodthermal stability, chemical stability and easy processing.homopolymer materials and copolymer materials are crystallinematerials and are not easy to absorb water.
5. high crystallinity results in a high shrinkage rate of up to2%~3.5%. there are different shrinkage rates for differentreinforced materials.
6. it has good comprehensive properties, is the hardest inthermoplastics, and is one of the varieties of plastic materialswhose mechanical properties are closest to metals. its tensilestrength, bending strength, fatigue strength, wear resistance andelectrical properties are excellent, and can be used for a longtime between - 40 ~100 c.
7. it belongs to crystalline plastics. the melting point isobvious. once the melting point is reached, the melt viscositydecreases rapidly. when the temperature exceeds a certain limit orthe melt is heated too long, it will cause decomposition. copper isa catalyst for pom degradation. copper or copper materials shouldbe avoided in contact with pom melt.
8. polyformaldehyde can be divided into homo-polyformaldehyde andcopoly-formaldehyde according to the structure of molecular chain.the former has high density, crystallinity and melting point, butpoor thermal stability, narrow processing temperature range (10 c)and slightly low acid-base stability; the latter has low density,crystallinity and melting point, but good thermal stability,difficult decomposition and wide processing temperature range (50c). the disadvantages of polyformaldehyde are: strong acidcorrosion, poor weather resistance, poor adhesion, close thermaldecomposition and softening temperature, low oxygen limitingindex.
