    湍球塔作为一种新型喷淋吸收设备已在废气净化中得到广泛应用。它将硫化床的概念发展到气液传质设备中，使喷淋塔中的填料处于流化状态，因而使传质过程能够得到强化。他的特点是：气速高，处理能力大，塔的重量轻，汽液分布比较均匀，不易被固体及黏性物料堵塞。特别是由于塔内湍动强烈，故质量及能量传递得以强化，因而能够较大地缩小塔径，降低塔高。该塔处理风量较大，空塔气速1．5～6．0m/s，喷淋密度20～110m3/(m2·h），压力损失小于1000pa，湍球塔的除雾装置采用旋流板除雾器，通过使气体通过塔板产生旋转运动，利用离心力的作用将雾沫除下，其除雾效率可达98%-99%，而且结构简单压降较小。

    湍球塔对于各种腐蚀性气体净化处理效果明显，能有效去除氯化氢气体（hcl）、氟化氢气体（hf）、氨气（nh3）、硫酸雾（h2so4）、铬酸雾（cro3）、氰氢酸气体（hcn）、碱蒸气（naoh）、硫化氢气体（h2s）、福尔马林（hcho）等水溶性气体。我公司自主研发的废气吸收塔净化效率高、操作管理简单、使用寿命长。净化处理后的酸碱废气排放达到国家排放标准。

安全第一、预防为主、综合治理是企业安全生产第一方针。结合我司废气安装工程实际，列举出几种施工过程中的安全风险及预防措施。

首先是高空坠落，现场安装管道大多数在高空当中，而且管道较大，如果安全带的安全绳挂钩没有挂在安全的承重位置，很容易会坠落地面而发生安全事故，所以只要上高空必须佩带安全带，而且安全绳必须挂在足够承重的位置。

第二是高空坠物，在现场施工过程中，高空施工中稍微不注意就会有东西掉下，高空作业人员必须将所用工具放置在安全不被碰到的位置，所有人员必须佩带安全帽以及穿劳保鞋，防止掉落物品砸到头部和脚部而导致受伤。而且地面工作人员做事切勿着急，拿东西时切勿贪多，拿力所能及的物料，防止掉落砸到自己。

第三是现场焊接所出现的烫伤情况，现场一般需要电焊、pp焊以及氩弧焊，主要就是电焊的焊渣以及pp焊焊枪放置不正确而出现烫伤，其次就是电焊和氩弧焊焊接时的出现的亮光会对眼睛造成严重的伤害，因此在现场电焊和氩弧焊时，不管现场焊接人员还是旁边辅助人员，必须着装厚工作服以及佩带电焊眼镜，防止焊渣飞溅造成烫伤以及焊接亮光对眼睛造成损坏。对于pp焊来说，焊接停止后焊枪必须放置在空闲位置，现场施工人员必须时刻注意pp焊枪位置，一定不能触碰到正在工作中的焊枪。

现场切割物料而发生碎末飞溅入眼部而受伤，在现场施工过程中，使用切割机以及角磨机的时候一定要正确的使用设备，做好设备的安全保护，与此同时自身的安全防护工作也必须做好，切割时必须佩带防护眼镜，防止碎末飞溅入眼睛内。

以上几种情况为我们现场施工可能出现的几种导致员工受伤的情况，在安全带、安全帽、劳保鞋子全部分配到每个员工手中并全部穿戴的同时，我们现场项目负责人以及现场施工带班人员也要经常做培训，让现场施工人员的个人保护意识越来越高，不管外部设备配置的再好，个人保护意识不行的话依然会出问题。

the third is the burning of the spot welding, the site generallyneeds welding, pp welding and argon arc welding, mainly weldingslag and pp welding torch placement is not correct and appearburns, followed by welding and argon arc welding when the brightlight will cause serious damage to the eyes, so on-site welding andargon arc welding welding, whether on-site welders or adjacentauxiliary personnel, must wear thick overalls and wear weldingglasses to prevent welding slag spatter caused burns and brightwelding damage to the eyes. for pp welding, the welding torch mustbe placed in an idle position after the welding stops. the siteconstruction personnel must always pay attention to the position ofthe pp welding torch, and must not touch the working torch.
