四辊湿式磁选机
tcws4g系列四辊湿式磁选机是上部给矿顺流式组合机型，矿石经料仓通过导料盘进入磁场区，磁性矿物被吸附在磁辊表面旋转到达精矿区，毛刷将吸附在磁辊表面上的磁性矿刷脱，在高压水的喷射下落到精矿斗里，部分未被吸附的磁性矿粒、非磁性矿粒和磁性较弱的矿粒由顺流磁辊下方的出料口排出，进入到下一级再选，从而达到分选的目的。本机后一级根据需要，可以方便、快捷地对精矿或尾矿进行复选。
适用范围
1.对赤铁矿、假像赤铁矿、镜铁矿、褐铁矿、菱铁矿、锰矿、铬铁矿等的分选，对含有微量强磁性矿物的分选尤佳。
2.对原生钛铁矿、海滨砂矿、原生金红石、黑钨矿等有色金属的粗选。
