五、Key Risks & Notes 重点风险提示

1. Radiation screening is mandatory. Any excess reading will resultin direct return. Pre-shipment overseas radioactivity test isstrongly recommended. 强制放射性筛查，超标直接退运，强烈建议海外发货前提前检测。

2. Different ore types cannot be mixed in one container. Mixedcargo may trigger solid waste identification and long detention &high demurrage. 同一货柜严禁不同矿种混料，混料极易启动固废鉴别，产生长期滞港与高额滞柜费。

3. Value under-declaration is forbidden. Customs verifies priceagainst LME / international mineral benchmark. Formula pricingfiling is recommended for LME-indexed contracts.禁止低报货值；海关参照LME国际矿价审价；LME计价合同建议办理公式定价备案。

4. Ta, Nb, W, rare earth: import licence must be obtained beforevessel arrival; licence cannot be supplemented after cargo arrivesat port. 钽铌钨稀土，必须船到港前办好进口许可证，货到港后无法补办。
