14位、80msps模数转换器现已作为标准微电路(smd)提供。c是一款高速、高性能、单芯片14位adc，在30mhz和70 mhz、-55°c至+125°c壳温下经过生产测试。器件采用散热增强型52引脚密封陶瓷qfp封装。c提供cmos兼容型数字输出，与商用器件ad6645-80引脚兼容。

c适用于针对宽通道带宽系统而设计的单通道和多通道/多模式数字接收机。高带宽和高采样速率支持宽范围的输入if频率，并且能够减轻通常受adc限制的多模式数字接收机的负担。噪声性能极为出色。ad6645s保证达到100khdr tid。

14-bit, 80msps analog to digital converter is now available as a standardmicrocircuit drawing (smd). the c is a high-speed,high-performance monolithic 14-bit adc, which is productiontested at 30 mhz and 70 mhz at -55째c to+125째c case temperature. units are available in athermally enhanced 52-lead hermeticfp package. thec provides cmos-compatible digital outputs and ispin-compatible with the commercial ad6645-80.

thec is useful in single and multi-channel/multi-modedigital receivers designed for use in wide channel-bandwidthsystems. the high bandwidth and high sample rate support a widerange of input if fre, and eases the burden placed onmultimode digital receivers that are typically limited by the adc.noise performance is exceptional. the ad6645s is guaranteed to 100khdr tid.
