　　不同倍率的放电电流会使恒力蓄电池有不同的容量。在通讯电源直流供电系统中装备的蓄电池容量也是不同的，对蓄电池在实践放电电流下工作的容量应有一个准确的核算。这儿值得留心的是，在小电流放电条件下构成的硫酸铅，要氧化恢复是好不简略的，这是因为在小电流放电下构成的硫酸铅颗粒的标准远比大电流放电条件下的标准大，就是说在大电流条件下晶体构成的速度要比小电流条件下慢，晶体来不及生长就很快被氧化恢复了，因此颗粒比较小。而在小电流条件下，较大的硫酸铅晶体就不简略被恢复。如硫酸铅晶体长时间得不到整理，必然会影响恒力蓄电池的容量和运用寿数。
　　蓄电池出现鼓包
　　一、为了缩短均充时间，避免过充引起的电池鼓包，从头设置均浮充改换条件，把原设定电流值10ma/ah作为均充改换条件更改为当电流值下降到20ma/ah时系统即主动改换为浮充工作。
　　二、把开关电源的温度传感器接到电池柜，使得开关电源的浮充电压能随环境温度进行调整。增加过温保护，当温度到达40℃时系统主动改换为浮充工作，避免继续的大电流充电导致的电池鼓包。
　　三、为了避免赛特蓄电池过充，缩短均充保护时间，将均充保护时间由18小时改为10小时（均充保护时间的设置是为避免电池热失控，当均充电流无法降到设置的均浮充改换电流值时，在规矩时间内系统强制转为浮充）。
　　四、延伸守时均充周期，避免过频的大电流均充。将守时均充周期原设定值100天更改为180天。
　　五、撤销开关电源的续流均充功用，避免过充电导致的电池鼓包。
