酿造过程:葡萄采摘从10月12日开始,空气凉爽,纯手工采摘12公斤每箱.在6升不锈钢桶中发酵(温度7°-29°).葡萄汁在温控桶中保持大约2-3周时间,不添加任何酵母,保存葡萄的性.歌海娜葡萄藤已有60年树龄,西拉是15年树龄.

熟成:24个月,在225或300升法国橡木桶中慢慢熟成

口感:红色水果香气如樱桃、草莓、覆盆子以及一点点白胡椒和草药的香气，水果味浓郁。果酱以及新鲜和饱满的酒体。酸度和新鲜搭配，干净而悠长的回味。很好的平衡各种酸度，涩度以及橡木桶的味道

 it’s oak flavor, fruity nose, redfruits, jams, fresh and full body. good acidity and freshness.clean and long at the end. well balanced, oak. perfectlyintegrated.
