1.昭通市:中国高原苹果核心产区,主打昭通冰糖心苹果,依托乌蒙山1900–2400米黄金海拔,早熟25–30天错峰上市,7–11月持续供货,富硒高糖、耐长途冷链,主打越南、泰国、阿联酋、日韩市场,是南方温带鲜果出口,拥有百万亩海关备案出口果园、GlobalGAP国际认证体系,也是本次苹果外贸的核心主力产区。
2.昆明市:亚洲花都核心枢纽,斗南鲜切花出口,玫瑰、百合、洋桔梗供应全球;同时布局安宁蔬菜、石林人参果,依托长水航空口岸,承接全省生鲜空运出口、跨境拍卖、海外订单集散,是全省外贸物流、报关、分选加工中心。
3.玉溪市:通海四季蔬菜、元江热带果蔬、褚橙柑橘,通海蔬菜年产百万吨,常年出口越南、泰国、马来西亚,依托中老铁路冷链班列,实现全年不间断供货,是西南大出口蔬菜基地;元江芒果、火龙果填补东南亚淡季缺口。
4.曲靖市:陆良出口蔬菜、罗平小黄姜、会泽石榴,罗平小黄姜为国家地理标志产品,出口东南亚、中东,陆良蔬菜拿下欧盟GAP认证,依托中越铁路、曲靖海关属地查检,是滇东农产品出口核心节点,昭通苹果大量经由曲靖海关报关出海。
5.大理州:宾川葡萄、沃柑、软籽石榴、漾濞核桃,宾川冬葡萄、柑橘常年大批量出口东盟,金沙江干热河谷造就超高糖度,大理海关一站式鲜活出口服务,农产品出口占全州外贸八成以上,深耕RCEP商超渠道。
6.红河州:蒙自蓝莓、建水柑橘、弥勒葡萄、石屏杨梅,红河农产品出口规模全省第二,蒙自蓝莓凭借RCEP零关税红利热销泰国、新加坡,建水沃柑、葡萄批量销往越南,口岸通关效率全省,边贸+一般贸易双轮驱动。
7.临沧市:全球大澳洲坚果基地、滇红茶叶、勐库普洱茶,澳洲坚果出口欧美、日韩,滇红主攻中东、俄罗斯,依托孟定口岸,坚果、茶叶加工出口产业链完善,是云南坚果出口第一大市。
8.普洱市:普洱茶核心产区、林下野生菌、生态咖啡,普洱古树茶、熟茶批量出口东南亚、港澳台、欧洲,林下松茸、牛肝菌是高端生鲜出口爆款,依托磨憨口岸对接中老铁路,打通老挝、泰国全境通路。
9.西双版纳州:热带榴莲、香蕉、小糯玉米、热带花卉,依托磨憨、打洛口岸,热带果蔬反向出口国内、同步外销老挝、缅甸,冬季反季果蔬适配北方与东南亚市场,是澜沧江边境贸易核心区。
10.保山市:保山小粒咖啡、腾冲茶叶、甜柿、石斛,保山小粒咖啡出口规模全国,对标国际精品咖啡标准,销往荷兰、德国、日韩,依托猴桥口岸对接缅甸、南亚市场,咖啡、中药材出口优势突出。
11.德宏州:瑞丽口岸核心边贸区,柠檬、甘蔗、热带水果、茶叶,依托瑞丽、畹町口岸,承接全省农产品对缅甸、南亚陆路出口,边民互市+大宗报关并行,果蔬、干货通关时效极强。
12.文山州:文山三七、早熟柑橘、八宝米,三七中药材深加工产品出口日韩、东南亚,马关、天保口岸对接越南,药材、鲜果、粮食类出口稳定增长。
13.楚雄州:高山蔬菜、核桃、葡萄、野生菌,高海拔冷凉果蔬错峰供应欧美夏季市场,依托昆楚物流通道,联动昆明空港出口,是滇中腹地生鲜仓储加工基地。
14.丽江市:高山雪桃、玛咖、核桃、青梅,精品高端鲜果主打日韩、港澳礼品市场,生态有机认证齐全,小众特色农产品深耕高端跨境零售赛道。
15.迪庆州:高原松茸、青稞制品、高山浆果,香格里拉野生菌是全球高端食材,出口日本、欧洲,依托高原生态优势,主打有机高端食材出口。

Yunnan’s 16 Prefectures Agricultural Export Trade: HighlandProducts Connect the World
As China’s pivotal gateway opening to South and Southeast Asia,Yunnan leverages its layered plateau climate, clustered borderports, RCEP policy dividends and full cold-chain industrial chains.Relying on differentiated agricultural specialties across all 16prefectures, Yunnan has built seven core export categories: plateaufruits, Yunnan tea, specialty coffee, fresh cut flowers, plateauvegetables, wild edible fungi and highland nuts. It forms acoordinated export layout with off-season supply, zonal planningand province-wide collaboration. Ranking top nationwide in exportsof fresh cut flowers, specialty coffee and highland fruits, Yunnanships agricultural goods to 117 countries and regions globally.
Each of the 16 prefectures develops flagship export productsbased on altitude, river basins and soil conditions, formingcomplementary competitive edges in global trade:
1. Zhaotong City: China’s core highland apple hub, famous forZhaotong Rock Sugar Heart Apple. Planted at 1900–2400m WumengMountain plateau, Zhaotong apples ripen 25–30 days earlier thannorthern Chinese varieties, enabling seasonal supply from July toNovember. Rich in selenium and natural sugar with excellentcold-chain tolerance, they are exported to Vietnam, Thailand, UAE,Japan and South Korea. Zhaotong owns nearly one million mu ofcustoms-registered export orchards with GlobalGAP certification,standing as the benchmark of southern temperate fresh fruitexports.
2. Kunming City: Asia’s top flower trading hub. Dounan fresh cutflowers lead national export volume, supplying roses, lilies andlisianthus worldwide. It also develops Anning vegetables and Shilinginseng fruits. Relying on Kunming Changshui International Airport,Kunming serves as the provincial logistics center for air freightexport, auction trading and bulk order distribution.
3. Yuxi City: Dominated by Tonghai seasonal vegetables,Yuanjiang tropical fruits and Cheng navel oranges. Tonghai is thelargest vegetable export base in southwest China, shipping freshvegetables to Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia year-round viaChina-Laos Railway cold-chain trains. Yuanjiang mangoes and pitayasfill seasonal gaps in Southeast Asian markets.
4. Qujing City: Specializes in Luliang export vegetables,Luoping yellow ginger and Huize pomegranates. Luoping yellowginger, a national geographical indication product, is widelyexported to Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Luliang vegetableshold EU GlobalGAP certificates, and Qujing Customs provides localinspection services for Zhaotong apple exports.
5. Dali Prefecture: Focuses on Binchuan grapes, citrus,soft-seed pomegranates and Yangbi walnuts. Binchuan dry-hot rivervalley fruits feature high sugar content and stable bulk exports toASEAN nations. Dali Customs runs one-stop fresh produce exportservices, with agricultural products accounting for over 87% oflocal total exports.
6. Honghe Prefecture: The second-largest agricultural exporterin Yunnan, featuring Mengzi blueberries, Jianshui citrus and Milegrapes. Mengzi blueberries enjoy zero-tariff benefits under RCEPand are popular in Thailand and Singapore. Border ports facilitatecombined general trade and border trade growth.
7. Lincang City: The world’s largest macadamia planting base,alongside Dianhong black tea and Pu’er tea. Macadamia nuts areexported to Europe, Japan and South Korea; Dianhong tea targets theMiddle East and Russia. Mengding Port supports complete nut and teaprocessing export chains.
8. Pu’er City: Core origin of Pu’er tea, plus wild mushrooms andspecialty coffee. Aged ripe Pu’er tea sells well across SoutheastAsia, Hong Kong, Macao and Europe. Wild matsutake and bolete arepremium high-end fresh exports, connected to Laos and Thailand viaMohan Port and China-Laos Railway.
9. Xishuangbanna Prefecture: Supplies tropical bananas, corn andseasonal fruits via Mohan and Daluo Ports, exporting tropicalproduce to Laos, Myanmar and domestic Chinese markets, acting as acore Lancang-ong border trade zone.
10. Baoshan City: Home to world-renowned Baoshan small-graincoffee, Tengchong tea, persimmons and dendrobium. Premium coffee isexported to the Netherlands, Germany, Japan and South Korea,iao Port linking trade with Myanmar and South Asia.
11. Dehong Prefecture: Centered on Ruili Port, trading lemons,tropical fruits and tea with Myanmar and South Asia. Border markettrade and formal customs declaration deliver ultra-fast clearancefor fruits and dry goods.
12. Wenshan Prefecture: Famous for Wenshan notoginseng,early-ripen citrus and grain products. Processed notoginseng goodsare exported to Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia, with Maguanand Tianbao Ports connecting Vietnam trade.
13. Chuxiong Prefecture: Produces high-altitude cold-seasonvegetables, walnuts and wild fungi, supplying off-season produce toEuropean and American summer markets, functioning as a keywarehousing and processing hub in central Yunnan.
14. Lijiang City: Specializes in highland snow peaches, organicwalnuts and green plums, targeting premium gift markets in Japan,South Korea, Hong Kong and Macau with full organiccertifications.
15. Diqing Prefecture: Exports wild matsutake, highland barleyproducts and alpine berries. Shangri-La wild mushrooms are premiumglobal ingredients exported to Japan and Western Europe, built onstrict plateau organic planting standards.
16. Nujiang Prefecture: Supplies canyon honey, amomum tsao-ko,highland grains and herbal medicines via Pianma Port, exportingspices and ecological farm goods to South Asia and Southeast Asiancatering markets.
