一 产品介绍;
xrw-300热变形、维卡软化点温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料(如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘材料等)的热变形及维卡软化点温度的测定。具有质量稳定,操作简单的特点,是化工企业、科研单位、大专院校等行业的理想测试工具。
工作原理
维卡(vst)定义:把试样放在液体介质或加热箱中,在等速升温条件下测定标准压针在(50+1)n力的作用下,压入从管材或管件上切取的试样内1mm时的温度。
热变形(hdt)定义:标准试样以平放(优选)或侧立方式承受三点弯曲恒定负荷,使其产生gb/t1634相关部分规定的其中一种弯曲应力,在匀速升温条件下,测量达到与规定的弯曲应变增量相对应的标准挠度时的温度。
二 特点:

10 维卡负荷杆装有负荷板,固定于刚性金属架上,能在垂直方向自由移动。负载杆和金属架构件应具有相同的膨胀系数。
11压针头为硬质钢制成,长3mm,横截面积为1.000±0.015mm2的圆柱体,压针头下表面应平整,垂直于负载杆的轴线,无毛刺。
12 外形尺寸为645mmx670mmx1450mm。
实现的功能:
1、 实时显示试验温度和温度—变形曲线。
试验过程中,通过输入试样的尺寸,可自动计算出试验所须的负荷质量。
上线温度、变形量在使用范围内任意设定。
误差通过软件自动修正。
试验曲线颜色任意设定,可以实时显示和隐藏,并且曲线宽度粗细任意转换。
试验完成或达到上限温度时,具有报警功能,并自动停止加热。
试验完成后,打印试验曲线和试验报告。查询历次试验的历史纪录,并能重绘历次试验的试验曲线。
用户可对自己的使用软件进行三级密码保护。
必须使用正板软件进行安装,否则系统无法运行。
