高速自动罐装机(双排四充填)

该设备是我公司在粉末罐装领域长期实践的基础上,摒弃原有转盘式喂罐设计理念,而全新设计的一款四工位罐装机。双排主辅双头充填系统和首创的喂罐系统，保证了高精度同时又去除了转盘式喂罐系统清理不便的缺点。主要完成高精度充填计量工作。可与其它设备配套组成整套罐装流水线，适用于罐装奶粉、蛋白粉、鸡粉、葡萄糖、米粉、可可粉、固体饮料等。

this series machine is a new-designed that we make it onplacing the old turnplate feeding on one side. dual auger fillingwithin double lines main-assist fillers and the originated feedingsystem can keep the high-precision and take off the tiring cleaningof the turntable. it can do the accurate weighing & filling work,and also could combined with other machines to buildup a wholecan-packing production line. this machine could be used in fillingmilk powder, albumen powder, condiment, dextrose, rice flour, cocoapowder, solid drink, and soon.

高反应速度的称重系统、保证高罐装速度及高精度得以实现。
充填头配有手轮调整高度，轻松实现多种罐型罐装。
配有除尘装置，接负压管道，无粉尘污染环境。
水平直线式结构，占地面积小，易于清洗。
固定式螺杆安装结构，罐装时不产生金属污染。
工作流程：进罐 → 托罐 →振动 → 计量充填 →振动 → 振动 →称重反馈 → 补充填 →检重、超差剔除 →出罐。
带整线中央控制系统。
