相贯线焊接专机泰安扬帆数控

 在钢管或方钢类型较多的工程中，相贯线的焊接要求相对较高。因为如果设计要求全熔透，直管内部不容易加衬垫板，并且，由于钢管圆度存在差异，切割出来的相贯线不可能完全合格，导致后续需要手工修补。另外，主管和支管之间的夹角过小，会导致根部区域无法熔透。

　　in many types of steel or steel welding engineering,relatively high re of intersecting line. because if thedesign requires full penetration, the pipe is not easy to add linerboard, and because there is a difference in the roundness of thesteel pipe, the cutting out of the intersecting line can not becompletely , resulting in subsequent manual repair. inaddition, the angle between the pipe and the pipe is too small,which will cause the root region to not penetrate.

　　针对以上三种情况，建议以下方法解决：

　　for the above three cases, the following solutions arerecommended:

　　1)相贯线焊缝不加衬垫板，相当于焊缝单面焊全熔透，建议焊接在1点钟位置，使用实芯气保方法进行焊接。焊接间隙2-4mm,这样既能保证熔透，又可以防止焊穿。

　　1) the welded seam of the intersecting line is not padded,which is e to the full penetration of the weld seam. it isrecommended that the welding be performed at 1 o'clock position andthe solid core air protection method is used for welding. weldinggap 2-4mm, so as to ensure penetration, but also to prevent weldingthrough.

　　2)相贯线切割后不合格，这个问题只能机器切割后手动调整，必要时可以用型板纸，在支管外壁画出相贯线切割线，然后直接手工切割。

　　2) after intersecting line cutting un, this problemcan only be adjusted manually after machine cutting, if necessary,can use the template paper, in the outer wall of the branch linedraw line, cutting line, and then directly manual cutting.

　　3)主管与支管夹角过小无法焊接问题，其实在en1090-2附录e中有所解释。对于相贯线焊缝，分为3个部分：趾部，过渡区，根部。趾部和过渡区是不纯在不好焊接的情况，只有根部有此情况。当主管和支管之间小于60°时，其根部焊缝可以为角焊缝。

　　3) the angle between the main pipe and the branch pipe is toosmall to be welded. it is explained in the appendix e of en1090-2.the intersecting line weld, divided into 3 parts: toe, transitionzone, root. the toe and the transition zone is impure in badwelding conditions, only the root of this situation. when the pipeis less than 60 degrees between the main pipe and the branch pipe,the welding seam at the root of the root can be an angle weld.
