为金属拉链的牙头进行抛光处理，并具有抛光刷磨损自动修正功能，使拉链的品质更高。抛光后的牙头任何一角度无利口、毛刺。同时可以两条进去两条出来。

构造原理

主要根据牙头方位、形状设计而成，每条拉链先经过12个不同角度的夹具进行平行移位，配合24个抛光轮对金属拉链进行正反方向、先粗后精的全方位抛光。

this machine is designed according to the different 12 anglesand shape of teeth head. each side of zipper goes through 12different angles and clamps in a parallel shift. the zipper teethhead will be polished from positive and negative direction with the24 polishing wheels by the way of first rough polishing, later finepolishing.
