坪山社区坐落于腾冲蒲川乡腹地，自古隶属古蒲窝地界，文脉扎根滇西边陲千年岁月，是蒲川茶文化与多民族乡土文明的核心承载地。早在南诏时期，蒲蛮先民在此依山聚居，倚仗山林开垦荒地、培植野茶，开启坪山早的种茶历史；明清戍边汉人陆续迁入，中原农耕技艺与本土少数民族风俗交融共生，逐步形成汉、阿昌、傈僳等多民族混居的人文格局。

民国时期是坪山茶业崛起的关键节点，1940年名士李根源倡导“烟山变茶山、一户千株茶”，带动蒲川全域拓荒种茶，坪山依托山地沃土成为蒲川老牌茶叶产区。上世纪九十年代，平山茶厂落地坪山，盘活村内百年老茶园，本土制茶手艺从家庭小作坊走向规范化加工，磨锅茶手工技艺在此代代传承，杀青、揉捻、炭烘等古法工序成为坪山标志性非遗技艺。

世代栖居的乡民以茶立俗，形成独特乡土茶文化：春时进山采茶、火塘煮茶待客、茶入膳食的“吃茶习俗”沿袭至今；逢年过节，春灯歌舞、乡土山歌环绕茶山，多民族节庆交融，构成坪山鲜活的民俗画卷。

如今，国鸾茶叶场深耕坪山本土，承袭这片土地千年茶脉，依托人文底蕴与原生态山水，坚守传统制茶初心，让沉淀数百年的坪山人文茶香，顺着茶道文脉持续飘香。

Humanistic History of Pingshan Community, Puchuan, Tengchong

Nestled in central Puchuan Township of Tengchong, Pingshan Community originates from ancient Puwo region and bears a thousand-year frontier culture of western Yunnan. Back in the Nanzhao Kingdom period, ancient Pu ethnic ancestors settled among mountains, pioneering primitive tea cultivation and farming here. From Ming and Qing dynasties onward, Han migrants garrisoned the border, blending central ins farmingues with indigenous customs of Achang, Lisu and other ethnic groups, shaping a multi-ethnic settlement civilization.

The Republic of China marked a boom of Pingshan’s tea industry. In 1940, celebrity Li Genyuan promoted transforming wasteland into tea ntations, pushing large-scale tea nting across Puchuan and turning Pingshan into a core historic tea-producing zone. In the 1990s, Pingshan Tea Factory was founded to revitalize centuries-old local tea gardens. Traditional handcrafted Mogu teaues, including fixation, rolling and charcoal roasting, have been preserved as intangible local heritage.

Local villagers have formed unique tea-centered folk customs: picking fresh buds in spring, brewing tea beside fire pits, and cooking with tea leaves. Festive lantern operas and mountain folk songs pass down ethnic traditions for generations.

Rooted in Pingshan’s profound history, Guoluan Tea Farm inherits the age-old tea culture, combining natural ecology with traditional craftsmanship to carry forward Pingshan’s time-honored tea aroma.
