瓶检机——方瓶系列特点：

设备主要分为四个单元：入料单元、视觉检测单元、不良品剔除单元、出料单元。

视觉检测单元根据产品大小采用多套视觉处理系统对产品瓶口圆度、瓶口破损、瓶身黑点、瓶身脏污、瓶底漏洞、瓶底黑点进行全方位的检测。

检测设备可与生产设备连接，对每个产品逐一检测，优化生产工艺，提高检测效率和准确性降低企业人力成本。
