主要功能：

1、 适用于外径ø62mm-ø90mm轴承的双面防尘盖压装；

2、 双面放盖、压盖，塑料密封盖与铁防尘盖2种生产模式，通过程序切换；

3、 压盖检查功能，无盖、盖高等ng品可剔除；

4、 压盖后轴承均脂功能，时间可自由设定；

5、 加工工序：第一面放盖（或压入塑盖）---铁盖压紧---压盖检查---翻转---第二面放盖（或可压入塑盖）---铁盖压紧---压盖检查---ng排出---均脂---合格品出料；

6、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、容易。

结构特点：

1、 可配套上料盘作为单机使用，也可连接在自动注脂机后面实现连线生产；

2、 直线滑轨送盖平台，推送防尘盖、平顺、不卡盖，导套与平台间隙可调，

让塑料密封盖的切出也更稳定；

3、 使用出力为3吨或5吨的气液增力气缸冲压防尘盖，双导柱式冲压结构，

压盖受力均衡，深度可调；

4、 盖高度检查采用电接触式检查法，

简单可靠，ng品自动剔除；

5、 高加工效率能达到1.3秒左右，是

业界同类设备中快稳定的。
