闪光对焊的主要焊接工艺及原理：
1.焊接电极加紧工件，在工件尚未完全接触时，开始闪光。
2.接下来，焊接电极夹紧的工件缓慢接近，随着电流密度的增加，工件间接触处开始熔化，同时有部分金属熔液溢出，形成初始的对焊节点。
3.焊接区域变得越来越热，对焊的速度也随着加速。
4.闪光和飞溅使两个接触面完全焊接在一起。
5.后再利用高压进行顶锻，切断电流，焊接完成。
the main principle of flash butt welding:
1.the flash butt process starts when the two workpieces to bewelded which are clamped by welding jams still not meet eachother.
2.during the subsequence,move the welding jaws togetherslowly,the welding current density will increase,then the metalmaterial in the gap between the jaws becomes molten,at the sametime a shower of sparks also being emitted.
3.as the cross-sectional area in the welding becomes extremelyhot,the motion is accelerated.
4.the flashing also makes the surfaces to welded togethertotally.
5.finally the upset occurs at high pressure,the welding currentis cut off.
