    膜蛋白复性试剂盒：

第一步 - 筛选试剂盒

筛选试剂盒确定用于来自尿素溶解包涵体或蛋白质聚集体的天然或重组的膜蛋白的条件。每个试剂盒包含20个离心管，代表了20种不同的筛选条件。

    第二步 - 制备试剂盒

一旦建立了的蛋白质折叠条件，接下来就要用大规模的制备试剂盒制备蛋白质。每个试剂盒提供的试剂可供折叠5-10mg的蛋白质。

    三种不同规格膜蛋白提取试剂盒 ：

    小试剂盒包含12种提取液（每种0.5ml），可提取1.5mg的膜蛋白。

    中试剂盒包含12种提取液（每种5ml），可提取16mg的膜蛋白。

    大试剂盒可提取高达130mg的膜蛋白。
