TM0782A ACCELERATION TRANSDUCER

I. INTRODUCTION

        The vibration acceleration sensor is composed of an internal acceleration-sensitive element and primary circuits for amplification, filtering, and integration. It uses a +24VDC 4~ 10mA constant current source to power the device, with an output bias voltage of around 11VDC. The sensor can measure accelerations up to 50g from 0.1HZ to a maximum of 5kHz, or velocities up to 50mm/s from 5HZ to a maximum of 5kHz. The acceleration sensor boasts advantages such as a wide frequency range, large dynamic range, robustness, high reliability, good stability, easy installation, and strong interference resistance.

Ii. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

        Vibration acceleration sensors are widely used in the monitoring of e operation status across various industries. The vibration level during e operation is a crucial indicator for assessing whether the e is functioning properly. When used in conjunction with our company's vibration monitors, the acceleration sensor can output vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement signal values.

4. INSTALLATION METHOD

1. Installation instructions:

The mounting base is connected to the shell of the measured point by M6 bolts. An M6X1 mounting hole is drilled in the measured point with a depth of about 7mm. The sensor can be tightened into the mounting hole.

2. Wiring instructions:

In the field, only the two core shielded cable should be wired according to the re:

Terminal 1 (white wire +): Connect to instrument IN

Terminal 2 (black wire-): Connect to instrument COM

Shield wire: Connect to the instrument shield
