喷头内有一个内装式挡块，使喷头在装入喷嘴体之后会锁定正确位置，避免了费时的手工调整。因此每次安装都可确保完全校准，清除了由于喷嘴校准误差而产生的品质控制问题。

耐化学腐蚀，耐磨损

快拆喷嘴可分别采用玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(含纤25%)和聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)制造而成，均具有强度高，耐磨损和耐化学腐蚀的优点，而都能防止冲洗液结块和聚积，非常适用于磷酸，盐类，酸类，溶剂类其它腐蚀性溶液的冲洗，漂洗和清洗应用要求。其中，玻聘纤维增强聚丙爆耐热Zui高温82°C，而聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种高纯度材料，可保持加工环境高度净化，7KG压力下耐热可高达148°C.

喷嘴体可有1/8",1/4",3/4"三种规格，内层形丁晴橡胶密封圈确保喷嘴体和喷头之间的密封。快拆喷嘴的喷头具有特殊的外形，以便抓握。喷头可提供扇形，实心锥形和空心锥形三种喷雾模式，并有多种流量和角度可供选择。
