 sm303背照式光谱仪

      sm303是一款科研级，高性价比，高信噪比，高量子效率，低杂散光的光谱仪。是测量弱光源的优先选择。sm642采用滨松s10420-1106背照式ccd，1024像素，具有较高的分辨率和灵敏度。sm642在紫外波段表现尤为出色，而且动态范围高。它可以提供850nm的测量范围。有效光谱测量范围：200-1050nm。制冷型探测器通过降低噪声水平可以探测到很低的信号光。

光谱仪软件包括基于windows的sm32光谱采集和分析软件，以及sdk和dlls供客户自行开发。
