themsp340 pressure transducer from the microfused™ line of meas isgreat for high volume,
commercial andindustrial applications. this series is suitable for measurement ofliquid or gas pressure, even
fordifficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildlycorrosive fluids.
thetransducer pressure cavity is machined from a solid piece of 17-4ph stainless steel. the standard
versionincludes a 1/4 npt pipe thread allowing a leak-proof, all metalsealed system. there are no o-rings,
welds ororganics exposed to the pressure media. the durability isexcellent.
meas’proprietary microfused™ technology, derived from demandingaerospace applications, employs
micromachinedsilicon piezoresistive strain gages fused with high temperatureglass to a stainless steel
diaphragm. thisapproach achieves media compatibility simply and elegantly whileproviding an exceptionally
stable sensorwithout the p-n junctions of conventional micromachinedsensors.
this product isgeared to the oem customer who uses medium to high volumes. thestandard version
issuitable for many applications, but the dedicated design team atour transducer engineering center stands

ready to provide a semi-custom design where the volume andapplication warrants.
