超越激光焊补的新型号


非凡的高性能

一机多能,本机将冷焊(resistance)及氩焊(tig)两种焊补功能成功的结合在一起。使焊补作业更简便、快捷。在sw-9800的基础上本机新增了五项功能,以适应不同条件下的焊补作业。本机氩焊的小电流可达到2a。新增的超精密焊补模式(finemode)下,使超精密、精细焊补成为现实。 简便、快捷的操作性能足可超越激光焊补,以满足客户更大范围的需求。

五项新增功能

●超精密焊补模式

通过选择 “fine mode”(精密模式)可进行超精密焊补,即使直径为0.2mm的钉孔也可获得完美的焊补效果。

 

●焊补导航

通过选择焊补区域、焊补材料及焊补材料的尺寸,系统可自动给出焊补所需的时间及电流。

 

●数据存储记忆模式
使用者可利用save键对不同焊补条件下的数据进行设定存储,当再次使用时系统可自动读出设定值。
本机可对三个用户的设定值进行存储,每个用户多可存储30条。

 

●连续氩焊(tig)模式

当需要进行大面积焊补时,连续tig焊补模式可提供比激光焊补更快速更光洁的焊补表面。(间隔时间为0.1至0.2秒)

 

●导入电弧

使用此功能,对焊补目标预先进行瞬间电弧发射(2a),可对焊补点进行准确定位,从而达到完美的焊补效果。

焊补时间及焊补电流
本机通过变极器控制,可使冷焊(resistance)时间在1-30ms(毫秒)之间调节,氩焊(tig)时间在1-600ms之间调节。冷焊电流可在30-750a之间调节,氩焊电流可在2-250a之间进行调节。
焊补范围
● 滑边、狭边;
● 钉孔、凹槽;
● 气孔及细缝;
● 修复氩弧焊机焊接后模具缺陷(如表面凹陷、气孔等);
● 焊补放电加工、渗氮及软氮化处理后的模具。
焊补后的模具可进行各种加工
焊补后的模具可进行放电加工,热处理及渗氮处理等。

thetwo functions of resistance welding and high-precision tig weldingare integrated into one; five additional functions are newlyintroduced. this welder can appropriately support various weldingconditions. the minimum current for the tig welding has beenreduced to 2a. by applying the ultra precision mode (fine mode),high precision, fine welding has been materialized. the easy-to-usecharacteristics and performance surpass the laser welder andsupport a wide range of customer needs.

with the save mode, data for welding conditions fixed by anoperator can be stored and read out again the next time.

 

●continuous tigmode
when a large area will be welded, the continuous tig mode providessmoother welding more than laser welding. (interval time:0.1 sec?..0 sec)

by emitting a minute arc (2a) to the welding target point inadvance, the target portion can be welded moreprecisely.
