防爆设备如何办理CE认证ATEX指令

防爆设备CE认证（ATEX指令）概述：
ATEX易爆炸环境（ATmosphere EXlosible）缩写。
1994年3月23日，欧洲委员会采用了“潜在爆炸环境用的设备及保护系统”（94/9/EC）指令。新ATEX指令2014/34/EU己于2014年发布，并将于2016年4月20日强制执行，中间没有过渡期。
这个指令覆盖了矿井及非矿井设备，与以前的指令不同，它包括了机械设备及电气设备，把潜在爆炸危险环境扩展到空气中的粉尘、可燃性气体、可燃性蒸气与薄雾。它规定了拟用于潜在爆炸性环境设备的应用技术要求、基本健康、安全要求和设备在其使用范围内投放到欧洲市场前必须采用的合格评定程序。
ATEX防爆指令核心要求：
保护人们的安全和健康，以及在一定情况下保护家畜的健康和财产安全，特别是要格外保护工人免遭潜在爆炸性环境适用的设备和体统所产生的危害。
ATEX认证产品范围：
1.ATEX认证涉及的产品
ATEX认证 适用的设备范围特别大，大致上包括固定的海上平台、石化厂、面粉磨坊及其他可能存在潜 在爆炸性环境场所所适用的设备。
1)ATEX认证电气类设备：
电气类设备是指包含电子部件，用于产生、储存、分配、转换电能的设备
或用电能为能量的控制设备
2)ATEX认证非电气设备
只有机械运动的设备，这些运动的部件会产生引爆源（如：热的表面，摩擦火花等）如减速箱、风扇、压缩机、制动器、搅拌机，非电气设备通常和电气设备连接以提供动能。
2.ATEX认证不涉及的产品：
1）拟用于医疗环境下的医疗器械
2）爆炸危险完全是由于爆炸性物质或不稳定的化学物质所引起的那些设备和防护系统；
3）拟用于家庭和非商业性环境下的设备，在这种环境下很少形成潜在爆炸性气体；
4）若发生也仅只是燃气泄露事故的结果；
5）包括在指令89/686/EEC之中的个人防护装置；
6）航海船舶和移动式离岸装置连同其上的设备；
7）运输工具，即通过空运或公路，铁路或水运网络专门用于运送旅客的车辆及其拖车，以及设计用来通过空中、公路或铁路网或水道运送货物的运输工具。拟在爆炸性环境使用的车辆将不包括在内。

ATEX认证区域分类
ATEX 94/9/EC指令根据安装设备的保护水平，可将设备划分为三个类别：
（1）1类（Category 1）－非常高的防护水平
（2）2类（Category 2）－高防护水平
（3）3类（Category 3）－正常的防护水平
而危险场所的危险性可划分为：

这些要求为公民提供一个很高水平的保护，并且由“协调标准”给出技术实施方法。该指令的主要目的是对生产用于潜在爆炸性环境的设备，通过协调技术标准和法规以促进其在整个欧洲联盟自由流通。该指令从1996年开始使用，并从2003年7月1日强制施行。
