四、加工工艺要点

1. 熔炼与铸造

2. 采用中频感应炉熔炼，覆盖木炭防氧化，加料顺序为铜→锌→铅，避免偏析。

3. 热处理

4. 退火：600-650℃×2h（软化处理），285℃×1h（消除应力）。

5. 热加工温度：640-780℃（避免铅挥发）。

6. 切削参数

7. 硬质合金刀具推荐切削速度30-200 m/min，进给量0.1-0.3 mm/r，表面粗糙度可低至Ra 0.4 μm。
