耗材标准化，价格低廉。且容易购买。刀片更换容易，只需简单培训，使用一把螺丝刀就可以轻松更换刀片。

相对于上代机器zcut-2 进行了改进：

1，可以切割更短的胶带，可达3mm。

2，用数字旋扭代替了以前的螺丝定位，使切割精度进一步提高，方便操作，使胶带长度更直观也更理性。

3，机身采用新材料，减轻了整机重量，提高的机身的强度。同时保护机罩更加小巧也变的智能化，便于更换。
