　　﹙4﹚液压油的使用寿命：液压油的使用寿命为4000~6000h小时，大约为两年左右的时间。在每年的春秋昼夜温差大，工作一天的挖掘机晚上停止工作后，液压油箱内部的油液是高温的，油箱外部的空气是低温，在油箱内的热空气与油箱外的冷空气相遇接触，就会在油箱内的顶部冷凝聚成水滴下落在液压油中，久而久之，液压油中就会混有水。继而演变成酸性物质腐蚀金属表面。在机械运转和管道压力冲击的双重作用下，金属表面脱落下来的金属颗粒将混合在液压油中，大的金属颗粒过滤掉，而小于10µm的颗粒液压滤芯就不能过滤掉，过滤不掉的磨颗混合在液压油中又会加重金属表面的再次磨损。
