●kcb齿轮泵概述

●kcb齿轮泵安装顺序: kcb gear pumpinstallation order:

　　 1、在安装过程中，为防止杂物落入机器内，机组的所有孔眼均应盖好。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debrisinto the machine, all perforation should cover of theunit.

　　7、在机组实际试运行2～3小时后，作后检查，如无不良现象，则认为安装合格。

●kcb齿轮油泵(输油泵)机械密封的运转

　　 1.kcb齿轮油泵(输油泵)启动后若有轻微泄漏现象，应观察一段时间。如齿轮泵连续运行4小时，泄漏量仍不减小，则应停泵检查。

　　 2.kcb齿轮油泵(输油泵)的操作压力应平稳，压力波动不大于1公斤/平方厘米。

　　 3.kcb齿轮油泵(输油泵)在运转中，应避免发生抽空现象，以免造成密封面干摩擦及密封破坏。

　　 4.齿轮泵密封情况要经常检查。运转中，当其泄漏超过标准时，重质油大于5滴/分，轻质油不大于10滴/分，如2-3日内仍无好转趋势，则应停泵栓查密封装置。

●齿轮油泵机械密封的安装

　　 1.kcb齿轮油泵(输油泵)启动前应保持密封腔内充满液体。对于输送凝固的介质时，应用蒸汽将密封腔加热使介质熔化。启动前必须盘车，以防止突然启动而造成软环碎裂.远东泵业

　　 2.对于利用齿轮泵外封油系统的机械密封，应先启动封油系统。停车后后停止封油系统。kcb齿轮泵

　　 3.泵停运后不能马上停止封油腔及端面密封的冷却水，应待端面密封处油温降到80度以下时，才可以停止冷却水，以免损坏密封零件。

　●kcb齿轮泵的开机: kcb gear pump of theboot:

　　1、开机前应检查泵轴转动是否灵活，有无卡阻现象，进出口管道上的阀门是否开启，泵的转动方向是否正确。1,should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, beforestarting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipelinevalve is open, the pump rotation direction is correct.
