these hall-effect sensors are monolithic integrated circuitswith
tighter magnetic specifications, designed to operate continuouslyover
extended temperatures to +150°c, and are more stable withboth
temperature and supply voltage changes.
each device includes a voltage regulator for operation withsupply
voltages of 3.8 to 30 volts, reverse battery protection diode,quadratic
hall-voltage generator, temperature compensation circuitry,smallsignal
amplifier, schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output tosink
up to 50 ma. with suitable output pull up, they can be usedwith
bipolar or cmos logic circuits.
