neptunecircular

neptuneisa range of circular connectors specifically designed for harshenvironment applications. they come with membrane wire seals thatmeet the re for ip67 and do not require blanking plugsfor unused cavities. they will accept various combinations ofsignal (13 a) and power (30 a) contacts. the receptacle connectorsfeature stainless steel bayonet pins  integrally molded intothe bodies. the plug connectors are available with either highstrength metal or corrosion resistant plastic coupling rings. allneptune circular connectors are rohs compliant.

ringlock is arange of robust circular connectors for industrial applications. ituses a metal bayonet coupling system for quick and reliableconnections and thermoplastic bodies for low installed cost. theconnectors are available in several sizes ranging from 4 to 48circuits for signals of up to 13 a or coax. with the addition of acable clamp, the connectors can be water sealed to meet ip65.allringlock circular connectors are rohscompliant.

tnm circular

tnm (tridentneptune metal) is specifically designed to meet the needs ofsystems that require shielding, sealing, and the extra durabilityof a metal shell. the combination of trident contacts, membraneseals, and the universal shielded endbell* make tnm both costeffective and easy to assemble.  tnm features nickel platedzinc alloy shells and ul 94 v-0 rated thermoplastic insulators. alltnm receptacles are supplied with an interfacial seal to providesealing between connectors to ip67. in addition, a membrane seal isavailable for those applications re the sealing of discretewires a the rear of the connector.  in order to seal multicorejacketed cables to connectors an endbell is available. this has ‘o’ring sealing to the connector and second seal to the cable jacket.all tnm circular connectors are rohs compliant

plating: tin is recommended for most applications (with 50 or fewermating cycles). it is cost effective and matches well to mostwires. gold is preferred for special situations. gold resistsoxidation, has surface conductivity, and has a low coefficient offriction. these features make gold the preferred plating for lowlevel signals (a rule of thumb is less than 100 ma, corrosiveenvironments for unsealed connectors,) and for increased matingcycles. the electrical performance of the contact is determined atthe surface of the contact. for this reason, flash gold platingsare recommended. thicker gold platings are recommended for morethan 50 cycles. all trident contacts are rohs compliant.
