暖贴暖宝宝包装机用途：该机适用于医药，食品，日化等行业中的松散状，无粘结性颗粒状物料并有计量要求的中小袋自动包装，如冲剂，麦片，咖啡，结晶状物料（味精，白糖，食盐等），细小丸物料（中成药，干燥剂等，更适合包装各式暖包暖袋的发热材料（铁粉，食盐，炭粉，高分子化合物等的混合物），产品如：暖包，暖袋，暖贴，暖宝宝，取暖贴，发热贴，热贴，发热包，暖足贴，暖手袋等。

usage:

暖贴暖宝宝包装机特点：

1.      性能先进，强度高，噪声低，结构紧凑，运行平衡，维修方便，使用寿命长。

2.      自动化程度高，本机从制袋，充填装料，滚切袋成形直至成品袋输出能一次性完成。

3.      采用高精度整体一次性滚压式热封辊，作为封合模具。多列四边圆角封口或异莆周边封口袋形式。包装速度快封口牢固，且袋形平整，精致美观，包装效率高。

4.      调整简单方便。成形封，横封，充填料，滚切等执行机构均可能过人机界面进行同步调整。

5.      充填计量。针对铁粉，保水剂等细颗粒混合物料，专门设计推拉工下料机构，并配以圆筒形量杯计量，更换方便。

6.      各执行机构采用伺服电机与机械传动相结合，包装袋成成形滚切过程中通过plc控制，能使各执行机构能自动同步定位。

7.      双膜卷自动送膜并调有走膜恒力张紧机构。为保证包装袋形平整美观，根据不同膜卷伸缩率不同的特点，特增设了走膜定值插补功能。本机还具有自动计数功能。

8.      整机采用plc控制，性能可能，操作方便，自动控制程度高。

9.      对包材适应性强，本机温度具有自动控制功能，具控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可适应国内外生产的多种包装薄膜，如pet/al/pe,pet/pe, ny/alpe, ny/pe等。

10.  可适当增设附加功能，如袋切断可选配各式异形刀，虚线刀，平刀等。根据物料灌装性能需要可可配增下料嘴升降机构，下料振动机构及选配各种报警要求等。
