1.本机采用全自动中后帮上胶一次完成，中底及鞋机不需人工先行擦胶，可节省人工，且成型后永不脱胶，适合高质量及特殊重型鞋子之生产。

2.后跟束紧器采用链条式包覆束紧效果，并且本公司备有多种规格可供各种弧度变化大小型之结帮选用，可确保结帮完美。

3.特别设计的中帮机构，由左右各五组pu束带组合，后三组可针对鞋型大小号选择使用或不使用。

4.中帮压紧机构附有特殊设计之锁扣片，可确保压层之效果，不会产生往后缩现象。

5.本机可选择单独使用后帮、中帮、中后帮之擦胶与不擦胶之操作方式。

6.本机电控系统采用先进p.l.c可程式控制器，搭配油、气压动作控制。

7.  配备两组中帮拉伸爪子供选用，除可左右单独设定上拉行程外，有手动强制上拉功能供辅助用，使内外腰鞋面于结帮后能紧贴于鞋楦。

8.本机除正常结帮功能外，有多项特殊动作功能，可针对待。

the machine is mainly feantured as auto-cementing at side andheel seat accomplished at one time .the in-sole and upper do notneed cementing in advance which saves labor cost. moreover,it willnever be decemented,which is most suitable for the production ofhigh and specially heavy shoes.the heel forming band is suitouned by chains ,which makes thebest forning.we provide damps with various specitication forperloctry lasting all diifferent curved and sized shoes.the specially designed side lasting mechannism is formed byeach 5 groups of pu fastener on its right and left side .each lasts3groups of pu fastener can be used optionally according to the sizeof the shoes.the pressing mechanismfor side lasting is e with speciallocking to ensure the pressing effect and to avoid shringking afterlasting.the side and heel seat cementing mechannism consists of 2 setsof cement nozzle respectively located on both right and leftsides.the nozzle will move forwards from the center point of heelcurve ,and action closely alone the edge of shoes and mid-soleunder the control of pressure and speed .the length of cementing iscontrolmed by projected laser lighter.which is visible and easy tobe adjusted for the desired length of cementing .the side and heelcementing can be accomplished at one time ,which does not have thedisadvantages of apace and une during 2 stagescementing.the electric system is controlled by the the plccontrolleraccomplished with the hydraulic and pneumatic system.there are two sets of side pulling pincers for options whichcan set up pulling stroke respectively on right and left sides andalso offer the forcibly manually up pulling function forsupplementaluse .it makes uppers inners inner and outer the waistmore attached to the last.except the general lasting,there are many specially functionsto meet the special styles of shoes and special demands ofoperators.
