 利用聚丙烯、聚乙烯为原料，经加热、挤出、

剖丝、拉伸，经本设备纤化系统开网成丝裂膜扁

丝后由收卷机收卷后供裂膜线数控一步法捻线机加捻一步成型。

 塑料膜、塑料丝经过开网机纤化后变得柔软。

  纤化工艺广泛应用于塑料集装袋、集装袋吊带、土工布、电缆缆芯、人造草坪、裂膜线等。
