elastollan®sp806-10 is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (tpu). itis specifically formulated for extruded profile, film and sheetapplications, and has exceptional adhesion characteristics. it isnaturally anti-blocking and non-tacky when extruded into film orsheet products. elastollan® sp806-10 also exhibits the typicalfeatures of elastollan® 1185a: excellent abrasion resistance,toughness, low temperature properties, hydrolytic stability andfungus resistance. as with all tpu products, elastollan® sp806-10must be dried before processing. the drying step is required toboth dry the granules and also maintain a low moisture contentuntil the product enters the processing e the watercontent must be less than 0.03% before processing. the typicaldrying conditions should be 2-4 hours @ 175°-195℉ (80°-90℃).elastollan® sp806-10 can be stored for up to 1 year in its originalcontainer. containers should be stored in a cool and dryarea.
