单片：耀华在线low-esun-e玻璃是硬镀膜，可单片使用，膜层置于第二位置，可以发挥性能。

single pane:yaohua low-e and yaohua sun-e arepyrolytic(hard)coated glass and can be used as single pane withcoating surface at position 2 for the best performance.

中空：建议用low-e玻璃合成中空时膜层位于第三位置，用sun-e玻璃与白玻合成中空时膜层位于第二位置，可获得的节能效果，使室内保持舒适温度。加工时可直接合成中空玻璃，无须除去边部膜层。

igu:we recommend putting the low-e coatedsurface at position 3 and sun-e coating surface at position 2 inthe insulated glass units to obtain excellect energy efficiency andkeep the room at a confortable temperature.it is not necessary toremove the coating from the edges in igu fabrication.

夹层：应使用非镀膜面合成夹层玻璃，单层使用时建议膜层置于面向室内面（第四位置），中空使用时建议膜面位于中空玻璃内部。

laminating:uncoated side should face theinterlayer in the fabrication of laminated glass.it is recommendedthat coated side faces indoor(position4)in single laminated glassand coated side faces air space in igu.

钢化和半钢化：由于膜层具有低辐射特性，其钢化工艺参数不同于普通浮法玻璃，建议修定工艺参数。钢化时，玻璃温度升高，膜面尽量不要和轮道接触，避免意外损伤膜层。

tempering and semi-tempering:since it is lowemssivity coating,the technical parameters for tempering isdifferent form regular float glass,it is recommended to adjust thetechnical parameters.in the tempering,the temperature of glass willbe increased,keep the coating away form the roller to aviod thedamage of coating incidentally.

热弯：由于膜层具有低辐射特性，热弯时的工艺系数不同于普通浮法玻璃，建议修定工艺系数。热弯时温度很高，膜层尽量不与模具直接接触，避免意外损伤膜层。

thermal bending:since it is low emssivitycoating,the technical parameters for thermal bending is differentfrom regular float glass,it is recommended to adjust the technicalparameters.in the thermal bending,the temperature of glass will beincreased,keep the coating away from the mould to avoid the damageof coating incidentally.

储存：耀华在线low-esun-e玻璃具有极高的化学稳定性，可以像普通玻璃一样的储存。建议储存环境应有良好通风条件，保持干燥，放置时不要过于倾斜。

storage:yaohua low-e and sun-e glasses arechemically stable and can be stored in the same way as clearglass.storing the yaohua low-e and sun-e glasses in a dry placewith good ventilation is recommended.sroring without too muchtilting is recommended.

搬运：为了保护镀膜面的洁净，单片搬运时应带上干净的劳动保护手套，用吸盘搬运时应吸附再非镀膜面上。尽量避免油污及其它杂物附着在镀膜面上，不要使用坚硬的金属物体接触玻璃镀膜面。

handling:it is recommended to wear clean glovesin carrying single glazing by hand and suck the uncoated side bysuckers to keep the cleaning of coated side.avoid the stick of oilsand other foreign materials on the coated surface and keep thecoated side away from hard metals.

切割：切割时应保持切桌清洁，镀膜面朝上放置，避免碎玻璃屑意外划伤膜面。应使用迅速挥发的切割油，并在切割后及时清洁。

cutting:working table should be clean beforecutting of yaohua low-e and sun-e glass.the coated side should faceup to prevent the coating from scratching.volatile oil should beused for cutting and promptly cleaned after cutting.

清洁：玻璃清洁前先用清水冲洗，除掉膜面上的异物，然后可用普通清洁剂清洁玻璃（使用专用的玻璃亮洁剂效果更好），再次用去离子水清洁后，风干。

cleaning:first flush with water to remove thedirt before cleaning with common detergent (it would be better ifflass cleaner is used),clean again with de-ioned water andairdry.

镀膜面的辨认：可以用手轻轻触摸玻璃表面，比较光滑的为玻璃面，有涩感的一面为镀膜面；也可以用普通万用表测试玻璃表面，电阻值无限大的一面为玻璃面，电阻值小的一面为镀膜面；还可以用专门膜面测试仪器，显示灯亮的为膜面，不亮为玻璃面。
