clause4: price

for iron ore fines: thefirst shipment of 250,000 mts, the confirmed priceis$132.00perdry metric ton (dmt)cfr main portof china. this price is based on 63.50% fe, fractionpro-rata.

clause 5:payment:

buyer will issue airrevocable, documentary letter of credit payable at sight ona 80/20 basis.

98 percent will be paid on a80/20 basis.

applicant bank shall top 20internationally recognized bank.

操作程序：

卖方提交sco,买方确认回签.

提交icpo（loi+softprobe)，并允许软查证。

卖方交出fco交给买方，卖方确认后交出合同草本。

买卖双方共同签署合同，卖方交出近的船舶信息和sgs检测以及近的提单。

合同签署后5日内，买方开出idlc，卖方对信用证确认后5日内开出有利于信用证接收方的2%生效履约保证金。

卖方接证后35天内第一船装货启运。
