【产品概述】

     样本中所列的各种绝缘子和传感器系列均采用环氧真空浇注一次成型，各种套管﹑触

头盒﹑绝缘筒﹑钟形罩等系列产品绝大部分绝缘件采用apg工艺成型，有部分产品采用smc﹑dmc不饱和聚脂增强模塑料压制成型。产品均使用在3.6~40.5kv中压开关柜上。对特殊要求的产品﹑规格尺寸需改进的可按用户要求设计制造。

【product sketch】

      the variety ofinsulation and sensor listed in sample all adopt epoxy vacuumpouring technology for one-time molding，kinds of bushing﹑contact box﹑insulatingcylinder and bell housing etc adopt apda technology formolding（majorty）.while，some product adopt smc﹑dmc unsaturationalkyd enlargement mode plastic for compacting molding。all theproduct are applied to 3.6~40.5kv mid-large volt switchboard ，forsome product and specification size owning special re ，itcould be designed and manufactured according to userdemand。

【正常使用环境条件】

      1﹑海拔高度不超过1000米，高原型海拔高度不超过3000米；

      2﹑环境温度在-10℃~+40℃之间，日平均温度不超过30℃；

      3﹑相对温度日平均不大于95%，月相对温度平均值不超过90%；

      4﹑周围空气没有明显的尘埃﹑烟﹑腐蚀性或可燃性气体﹑蒸气及盐雾的污染；

      5﹑安装场所应无经常的振动和严重的颠簸；

      6﹑产品均能在凝霜及ⅱ级污秽条件下运行；

【normal operation environmentcondition】

      1﹑altitude can’t exceed1000m，and the altitude of plateau type can’t exceed3000m；

      2﹑surrounding temperatureranges from -10℃ to +40℃，and the daily averagetemperature；

      3﹑daily average value ofrelative humidity can’t exceed 95%，and the monthlyaverage；

      4﹑there is no anydust﹑smoke﹑pollution of corrosive or flammable air﹑vapor and saltfog；

      5﹑there is no any fre or bumping in installation place；

      6﹑the product all could runin the case of dew and ⅱ feculence condition；
