2、混炼槽採用合金碳钢调质热处理，槽内表面堆焊硬质合金材料加工，再经镀铬，耐磨，而腐蚀。冷却系统合理特殊的设计，冷却效果佳。

3、混炼转子採用低碳合金钢经调质热处理，加工，并在表面堆焊硬质合金，耐磨，耐腐蚀，冷却方式採用新型强制循环系统，冷却速度快，效果佳。

4、密封结构採用油压紧迫，可靠的密封效果。
