◎ hzg回转滚干燥机是主体略带倾斜并能在一定范围

内可调转速的圆筒体，湿物料由加料机送入圆筒内，

在内筒均布的抄板器翻动下，物料在干燥器内均匀

分布与分散并与通过筒内的热风(并流或逆流)充分接

触，加快了干燥传热，传质。从而达到干燥的目的。

该设备可选用各种形式抄板来适应不同的物料，结构

简单，运转可靠，维修方便，生产能力大。

◎ after the damp raw material is put into the dryer from on end,it is turned

over through strring-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in

the dryer and contacted with countercurrent hot air fully.it speeds up heat

and mass conducting of dry.during the oeriod of dry,raw material is effcted

by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air,it can be moved and passed

through the dry region and to star valve and then discharge the finished

product.

◎ 适用于化工、矿工、冶金等行业大颗

粒，大比重物料的干燥。如矿石、高炉矿

渣、煤、金属粉末、磷肥硫铵。

◎ 对有特殊要求的粉状、颗粒状物料的干

燥。如：gp发泡剂、洒槽渣、轻质碳酸

钙、活性白土、磁粉、石墨、药渣。

◎ 要求低温干燥，且需大批量连续干燥的

物料。
