结构与原理：
该机由机架、转动机构、支撑架、刀具机构等组成。其基本原理为选择轮胎内圈为支撑点，将内圈制于支撑架。经支撑架的调节机构将轮胎牢固地撑紧于支撑架；通过减速传动机构获得低速运转；切割刀具安装于机械台面板，可根据需要任意进退刀。在轮胎低速运转的同时移动刀具，切入轮胎，即可顺利地将轮胎切开。为更顺利的切割和刀具的冷却，可配套水泵将冷却水直射切割点。
